Account ManagerRole Purpose: To manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention whilst driving revenue growth from these accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities within their assigned client base.Please note Energy SECTOR experience is REQUIRED Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales within client accounts, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  3. Establish and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Ensure clients receive their requested products and services promptly.
  5. Communicate client requirements and expectations to the operations team and senior management.
  6. Monitor and report on client account metrics.
  7. Report against internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  8. Manage projects within client relationships to achieve both client and company goals.
  9. Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients.
  10. Coordinate efforts with colleagues working on the same accounts to provide consistent service.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to reach potential new clients.
  12. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
  13. Maintain comprehensive records of client transactions and communications.
