We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Head of Client Services. This is your chance to join an IT leader specialising in providing advanced wireless connectivity solutions, including in-building mobile coverage and IoT solutions.

What You Can Expect

  • Location - Farnborough, 3 days per week in site (during probation period)
  • Salary - £50,000 - £90,000 per annum & bonus scheme

Main Responsibilities as a Head of Client Services

  • Lead a high-performing client service team through comprehensive training and mentorship.
  • Define and implement clear, measurable performance goals and metrics to drive team performance.
  • Ensure a seamless and successful client onboarding experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless client experience.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure the team is operating at peak capacity.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns by working closely with the team and highlighting potential upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective client retention programs to cultivate long-term client relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success in Client Services with a minimum of 3 years of strong and relatable experience.
  • Proven ability to coach, lead and develop high-performing client service teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in the wireless connectivity, telecommunications or managed services industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing construction clients would be advantageous.
