We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Head of Client Services. This is your chance to join an IT leader specialising in providing advanced wireless connectivity solutions, including in-building mobile coverage and IoT solutions.
What You Can Expect
- Location - Farnborough, 3 days per week in site (during probation period)
- Salary - £50,000 - £90,000 per annum & bonus scheme
- Work type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Head of Client Services
- Lead a high-performing client service team through comprehensive training and mentorship.
- Define and implement clear, measurable performance goals and metrics to drive team performance.
- Ensure a seamless and successful client onboarding experience that exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless client experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure the team is operating at peak capacity.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns by working closely with the team and highlighting potential upselling opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective client retention programs to cultivate long-term client relationships and foster loyalty.
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success in Client Services with a minimum of 3 years of strong and relatable experience.
- Proven ability to coach, lead and develop high-performing client service teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in the wireless connectivity, telecommunications or managed services industry is highly preferred.
- Experience managing construction clients would be advantageous.
