Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Our client is looking for an exceptional person with experience working with customers in the office environment to join the team as a full-time Customer Relationship Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for the customers and ensure every interaction is a positive one.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Engage with customers – Assist via phone, email and social media.
  • Deliver top-tier support – Answer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide real-time troubleshooting.
  • Maintain high service standards – Ensure every customer receives a helpful, friendly, and efficient experience.
  • Work collaboratively – Communicate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Stay organised
  • Manage inboxes, track queries, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal person will have;
  • Previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
