Customer Account Support

Customer communication support via weekly/monthly review calls

Co-ordination of customer requirements including management of allocation tracking

Demand management through regular reviews of orders vs forecast

Managing customer backlogs to reduce line stoppage risks within both our customers and OEM factories

Onboarding new customer accounts and new plant sites -

Order Management & Administration

Order processing and shipping

Facilitating & analyzing shipping liabilities through 'Order Review' tools

Database Integrity (ensuring line stop dates and daily usage are 100% accurate within OOB)

KPI and month end reporting

Transport Co-ordination - Liaising with warehouses in Rotterdam, Morocco and the UK Demand Planning & Analysis - Processing customer forecast releases via

Demand Planning tools and forecasting systems

Reviewing forecast accuracy and challenging customers on significant changes and anomalies

Creating forecast simulations to identify potential supply issues and pro-actively mitigating the risk

Provide reports to the business on demand change
