Our client based locally to Camberley are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team for the next 2-3 months. This role requires someone with previous office experience and a passion for customer service.
Duties:
- Answer phones and take messages from our customers
- Log calls on a spreadsheet
- Forward customer requests to a member of the team when required
- Updating files on the system
- Ensuring customers are responded to in line with SLA's
- Sending information out to customers via post
- Liaising with external parties
Requirements:
- Good experience of working in a busy office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.
