Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service and automotive care? We are looking for a Car Service Advisor to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of automotive services, and enjoy helping customers keep their vehicles in top condition, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
  • Provide accurate estimates for services, repairs, and parts, and communicate clear timelines for completion.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service records, ensuring all customer details and vehicle history are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure a seamless process from diagnosis to service completion.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns, addressing any issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Promote special offers, maintenance packages, and other services to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repairs and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms for customers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in using service management software and basic computer skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
