Here at PH Water & Air Technologies were looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to join our team based in Farnborough. Ideally the candidate will have experience in the same or similar role, although specific training will be provided. The role will be fully office based in our head office in Farnborough.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of £30,000 - £34,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company pension and healthcare, accrued hours scheme, financial loyalty bonus and working hours 8am-5pm

Key areas of responsibility:

Manage the whole of the service desk team. Identify any training requirements that the service desk team require and work with the service delivery manager to provide this internally or externally.

Ensure that the Service Desk team plan and book in work for all Engineers while ensuring that completed engineers jobs are quality checked and passed to be invoiced.

Support the service delivery managers and operations managers as and when necessary.

Provide support and guidance to the service desk team to ensure that they are following service delivery procedures.

Experience required for the role:

You will be able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

You will possess a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of organisation

Experience is customer service and managing a team
