You will be engaged via HaysWorking environment: Hybrid, part clients office/site min 3 days per week onsite after trainingHours per week: 37,5Your new roleComplete the operational administration of the department's financial processes and daily transactions - customer & supplier related, and associated data management and administration.
- Raise and process supplier invoices
- Raise and process customer invoices, customer recharges & processing customer refunds/reimbursements
- Investigate and resolve all Customer Billing queries, involving discussions with internal colleagues and suppliers to deliver a timely & professional response / result to the customer.
- Maintain and administrate all locally-owned databases, including ongoing maintenance and enhancements to tables, queries and user-forms.
- Ensure the accuracy, validation and quality of the raw data prior to import.
