Audit Assistant Manager

Salary £42-50,000 per annum, pension, hybrid working (office and home),

flexible benefits package, career plan and more! Offices are based in Camberley.

Salary & Benefits: 

Starting £42-50,000 per annum (depending on experience, negotiable); 29 days annual leave including bank holidays.  Pension and flexible benefits.  Core hours 9am to 5.15pm, 1 hour for lunch daily.  Start date dependent on your availability, immediate start available.  Flexibility for hybrid working – WFH 2 or 3 days per week on completion of probationary period.

The Role:

  • Mentored by the senior leadership team, you will be working with an impressive client portfolio, providing accounts and audit services
  • Leading and managing external audits from planning to completion
  • Preparation/review of accounts
  • Attending client meetings
  • Assisting with the management of less experienced team members
  • Assisting and providing advice on technical queries
  • Assisting with business development and maintaining outstanding relationships with current and new clients too

Key applicant requirements:

  • Relevant experience in practice
  • Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified, or part qualification looking for your next step towards management
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Accurate and keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
