About the Job:

In this role you will oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance and reconciliation. This role involves managing a small team while delivering key performance indicators and collaborating across departments to meet financial objectives.

Duties will include:

  • Managing sales and purchase ledger accounts
  • Supervising two team members
  • Overseeing credit management activities, including credit checks, setting up new accounts, and liaising with customers for debt collection
  • Handling accounts payable tasks, such as supplier communication, invoice processing, and payment preparation
  • Preparing month-end reports and monitoring KPIs
  • Working closely with internal departments to support debt collection and resolve queries

About the Successful Applicant

You will have Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential with proven experience in credit control and accounts payable. Proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail will be critical to your success. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not essential.
