Role - Commercial Account Handler

Salary -  £30,000 to £40,000

Location - Farnborough 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance broking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable insurance solutions- Negotiating with insurers to obtain the best terms for clients- Handling policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures

Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar insurance broking role- Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

Day-to-day- Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs- Liaising with insurers to obtain quotes and coverage options- Reviewing policy documents and providing advice to clients- Processing policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations- Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding client service
