Run by a dedicated freight and logistics team with an unrivalled knowledge of shipping in the Courier and Logistics Sector.We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Clerk working in the courier side of my client's business based in the Camberley areaDuties and Responsibilities* Taking customer courier bookings* Handling enquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow up queries if required.* Dealing with email requests from clients * Assisting clients with tracking of their freight * All aspects of customer service * Ensuring the systems are up to date with proof of deliveries within the International, Overnight and Sameday divisions.* Chasing agents for proof of deliveries if missing* General administrationExperience required * The successful candidate will have worked in the courier/parcels environment * Possess excellent customer and problem-solving skills.* Excellent IT and customer service skillsPackage and Benefits * Circa £30k * Pension * 20 days annual leave to start* 5 days sick * Christmas bonus
