We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Clerk working in the courier side of my client's business based in the Camberley area
Duties and Responsibilities
* Taking customer courier bookings
* Handling enquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow up queries if required.
* Dealing with email requests from clients
* Assisting clients with tracking of their freight
* All aspects of customer service
* Ensuring the systems are up to date with proof of deliveries within the International, Overnight and Sameday divisions.
* Chasing agents for proof of deliveries if missing
* General administration
Experience required
* The successful candidate will have worked in the courier/parcels environment
* Possess excellent customer and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent IT and customer service skills
