Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new role? You might have a background in office support, HR or EA and be looking for a new varied opportunity?

Signet is delighted to be supporting a small technology business based in Farnborough, in the search for someone who can join to support in an Administrative capacity, with HR duties, marketing and finance along with other ad hoc duties. They are looking for someone with a hands on approach- happy to get stuck in and help where needed- with a flexible approach understanding duties will be varied-  a really nice opportunity to work with all stakeholders up to C-Suite and provide credible support,

Your duties will include:

  • You will be the first point of contact for general HR queries , and be responsible for keeping employee records updated

  • You be be leading on reporting monthly on headcount reports, and other reports as needed

  • You will be assisting with the recruitment, from interview scheduling, to reference checking, to issuing employment contracts

  • You will be responsible for all right to work and onboarding new hires

  • You will supporting the annual variable pay and annual salary review processes, as well as the annual performance management process

  • General office administrative work- you will provide admin support for the Farnborough and UK team

  • Be the person making sure everything run smoothly in the office!

  • Take charge of supplies and deliveries for the site; incoming/outgoing mail/courier arrangements

  • You will be responsible for payroll for the circa 30 people in the office

  • Reporting and updating on Employee Stock Purchase Program

  • Supporting on marketing plans

Experienced needed:

-Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within multi-disciplines, including HR

-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ideally other software  

The type of person they are looking for, is someone with really excellent attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, but also someone who is willing to role up their sleeves and get involved in all the various duties this role will offer. One day you might be taking deliveries in the office, the next running a recruitment process- so it's really important you are comfortable with such diversity, and really enjoy that!

They are a hybrid organisation, and split working between home, and the office in Farnborough.
