We are always recruiting for proactive and organised HR Administrators to join various dynamic teams on a temporary basis. These roles typically are ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to expand their HR experience with hands-on involvement in various HR functions.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the administration of HR-related documents such as contracts of employment.
  • Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and seminars.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
