Temporary Administrator - Camberley - Immediate StartWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our Camberley-based client for an initial period of 3-4 weeks, with an immediate start available.

Location: Camberley

Duration: 3-4 weeks (with potential for extension)Rate: Competitive hourly rateWorking Pattern: Office-based, Monday to Friday

About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to support a busy HR team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate employee data and providing general admin support in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating employee records and maintaining internal databases
  • Assisting in the handling and distribution of confidential information
  • Sending out contracts, salary details, and pension data input
  • Managing incoming calls and liaising with personnel at all levels
  • Supporting with HR paperwork and general administration
  • Handling high volumes of email correspondence
  • Resolving basic IT issues such as account lockouts

  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident IT user with the ability to pick up systems quickly
  • A professional and proactive approach
