Temporary Administrator - Camberley - Immediate StartWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our Camberley-based client for an initial period of 3-4 weeks, with an immediate start available.
Location: Camberley
Duration: 3-4 weeks (with potential for extension)Rate: Competitive hourly rateWorking Pattern: Office-based, Monday to Friday
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to support a busy HR team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate employee data and providing general admin support in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating employee records and maintaining internal databases
- Assisting in the handling and distribution of confidential information
- Sending out contracts, salary details, and pension data input
- Managing incoming calls and liaising with personnel at all levels
- Supporting with HR paperwork and general administration
- Handling high volumes of email correspondence
- Resolving basic IT issues such as account lockouts
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT user with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- A professional and proactive approach
