Job Purpose:

Green Funding Solutions is a dynamic and growing team, developed from scratch to approximately 100 people and generating 70m - 100m in revenue within three years. The team secures external funding for 'green' solutions to assist vulnerable customers and households, improving energy efficiency through insulation, solar panels, heat pump programs, and other low-carbon heating initiatives. The goal is to support thousands of customers annually by making their homes safer, warmer, and more cost-effective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organise and arrange site visits for surveys and installations conducted by contractors.
  • Act as the primary representative of Green Funding Solutions when interacting with residents.
  • Educate customers on project requirements and the steps involved in their journey.
  • Explain technical aspects of the delivered solutions to residents.
  • Address customer queries and escalate operational issues to the Operations & Readiness Manager.
  • Provide Site Managers with reports and commentary on site visit outcomes.
  • Utilize MSD for scheduling and tracking site visits.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer and client issue resolution.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including housing associations, developers, site supervisors, and managers.
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Housing Associations, Advice Centres).
  • Facilitate coordination of customer-reported faults and relay issues to appropriate parties for resolution.
  • Support the Advice Centre and Project Teams by sharing technical knowledge and escalating complaints.
  • Contribute to improving Net Promoter Score (NPS) for customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct resident inductions and distribute communication materials such as notification letters.

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and residents on-site.
  • Experience in organizing and prioritizing a high workload.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • CSCS Qualification (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex queries into actionable outcomes.
  • Some knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to relay complex project details in an educational and informative manner to customers.
  • Experience in site coordination and planning.
  • Comfortable conducting detailed conversations with residents one-on-one or in group settings.
