The Head of Residential Property will be involved in the following:

  • Oversee daily operations of the residential property department
  • Provide high-quality legal advice on a range of residential property matters

  • Lead and manage a team of property solicitors
  • Work towards continually improving the firm's service delivery

Profile

A successful Head of Residential Property should have:

  • 4+ years PQE
  • Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualification
  • Proven experience in residential property law
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using legal software
