Our client is an award winning organisation which is growing rapidly with wonderful offices and benefits based in Farnborough. They are looking to hire a Legal Admin Manager to head up their team of Legal Secretaries whilst providing vital support to the departments Fee Earners and Head of Department. You will be a strong team player and leader with an exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

This is an office based role offering a salary of up to £35,000 dependent on your experience and you will also be eligible for the staff bonus.

Main responsibilities for the Legal Admin Manager role:

  • Preparation of agenda, minutes and data for departmental meetings.
  • Diary management and scheduling for HOD alongside admin assistance and processing complaints.
  • Preparing WIP sheets.
  • Gathering all Fee Earner’s updated billing information in preparation for the billing cycle.
  • Liaising with Accounts in respect of all data, to include forecasts and billing (where applicable)
  • To carry out Fee Earner administration meetings and feedback to HOD.
  • Lead departmental business development meetings on a monthly basis and feedback to HOD and Business Relationships Manager.
  • Ensure BD plan is progressed including scheduling meetings & due dates for follow-up
  • Working with all support staff to ensure that files are being actively closed and archived.
  • Assistance with answering incoming calls.
  • Assist the HOD in implementing department-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct audits of information held on internal systems.
  • Adhere to internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Identify and suggest areas for improvement, such as efficiencies to be made to existing processes.
  • Provide general administrative support for the HOD and Dispute Resolution team where required.
