Working for this friendly company, this role is focused on providing administrative support to the corporate and commercial team.

Your job will be varied one and will involve;

  • Provide general secretarial support including preparing correspondence, documents, emails, invoicing under Fee Earners direction and typing up digital dictation
  • Diary management, booking appointments and meetings
  • Electronic filing and archiving
  • Producing legal documents from mark-ups to include formatting and cross referencing
  • Dealing with client enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department over invoice queries
  • Adhere to compliance procedures at all times
  • Complying with the SRA standards and obligations at all times
  • Show high level of organisation skill in managing workload and ensuring deadlines are met.

The successful person will have;

  • Computer literacy with good keyboard / typing skills & knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience of practice management systems & CRM systems is desirable but not essential, as is audiotyping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high standard of client service
  • Excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills
  • Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 5pm finish on a Friday
