Dealership Depot Manager – Farnborough
We are currently seeking an experienced Dealership Depot Manager to join a well-established company. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy commercial depot.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the aftersales service provided to the customers, driving profitability, ensuring high customer service standards, and managing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise profitability of parts and service departments through efficient staff utilisation and organisation
- Assist with budgeting in collaboration with GM/FC
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
- Oversee recruitment and selection of staff across all departments
- Contribute to development of operational and administrative systems for quality, efficiency, and timeliness
- Stay updated on relevant legal requirements
- Strive to exceed customer service level expectations and agreements
- Develop and implement staff training plans
- Maintain high standards for depot premises in line with company guidelines
- Ensure adequate security measures are in place for the depot
- Seek new business opportunities in collaboration with GM/GSM
- Resolve invoice-related queries promptly
- Monitor warranty and contract ledger
- Participate in company campaigns and competitions
- Perform other duties as required by the General Manager
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in a main dealer workshop
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Current driving licence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Computer literate
