Description
- Managing the end-to-end logistics process, from manufacture to final customer
- Leading and developing a high-performing logistics team
- Ensuring optimal stock management and inventory control
- Driving efficiency improvements across the supply chain
- Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
- Implementing and optimising ERP/WMS systems
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards
Profile
- A proven track record in logistics & supply chain, preferably with a manufacturing background
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarding, and international supply chains
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
- Knowledge of UK and European logistics regulations
- Strong inventory control skills
