Description

  • Managing the end-to-end logistics process, from manufacture to final customer
  • Leading and developing a high-performing logistics team
  • Ensuring optimal stock management and inventory control
  • Driving efficiency improvements across the supply chain
  • Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
  • Implementing and optimising ERP/WMS systems
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards

Profile

  • A proven track record in logistics & supply chain, preferably with a manufacturing background
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarding, and international supply chains
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Knowledge of UK and European logistics regulations
  • Strong inventory control skills
