Our Client is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join their growing operations team based at their Head office in Farnborough, Hampshire.
This is full time permanent role Monday -Friday (0830-1730) and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and schedule labour (in-house and sub-contracted) for all Pre-builds, Installations and
Dismantles.
· Manage the Installation Techs, ensuring they are working as efficiently as possible.
· Manage a fleet of vehicles, including liaising with the Operations Administrator to arrange
additional vehicle hire if required.
· Liaise with the Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Project Managers and Head of Operations
to ensure all jobs move smoothly through the company.
· Liaise with the Head of Projects to ensure Installation Techs have all the information from Projects
required to fulfil their jobs to the highest standard.
· Occasionally liaise with customers directly during the pre-build sign-off stage and the installation
process.
· Manage and refine all processes relating to the fulfilment of jobs.
· Ensure that all Install Techs are complying with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
· Implement a continuous improvement culture within existing installation service levels, including
conducting regular 1-2-1s, appraisals, and reviews of KPIs.
· Any other tasks or projects from time to time where the Install Manager’s or Install Technicians’ help is
required.
