An opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Coordinator to join a friendly team based in Woking. If you are highly organised, can work under pressure to tight deadlines and have the ability to multitask this could be a great position for you! The successful Logistics Administrator will be working in a similar position and will be responsible for the order from start to finish.

The role of the Logistics Administrator is to :Liaise with sites to arrange availability of productsWork with transporters to ensure deliveries are on schedule Communicate delays and issues back to customersRaise purchase orders and invoices to suppliers where applicableRaise invoices to customersDeal with any queries on the phone & resolving any issues that may arise Ensure the correct product is delivered on time Work closely with the sales teamEnsure accurate records are kept and all legal and customer requirements are adhered to Deal with any ad hoc project work

The Logistics Adminsitrator will:Be highly organised and adaptable Have the ability to multi-task by dealing with multiple orders Maintain excellent customer service skills and a fluent communicatorWork to tight deadlines in a busy environment Have the ability to handle difficult customers Maintain strong interpersonal skills and communication skillsBe a great team player Have the ability to adaptable as priorities can quickly change Have knowledge of imports/export Maintain excellent Excel skills
