Your focus will be on ensuring the successful completion of all shipments and strict adherence to relevant regulations. This involves the following:Scheduling and tracking shipments, closely monitoring delivery schedules, and providing real-time updates to customers.Preparation of Air Import documentation, including Import Customs declarations, while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.Promptly resolving any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation, customs clearance, or cargo handling.Facilitating clear and effective communication with team members and clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Joining our client means becoming part of a global network of logistics experts committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. What We're Looking For:Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Airfreight Import Operations.Experience in time critical operations is advantageous, but not essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements (Road, Air, Seafreight, Clearance Docs)Familiarity with ASM Sequoia is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
