Your new companyA fast-growing company who are leading the charge in their chosen sector. Your new roleYou will support the business and its customers through effective leadership of a multi-temperature Warehouse. Leading and supporting your team (20 and growing), you will ensure day-to-day objectives are met across goods in, replenishment, pick / pack, and goods out. You will also look for opportunities to improve processes to drive KPI performance, enabling the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while also keeping costs under control. What you'll need to succeedYou will be proven in a similar role and have demonstrable experience in a temperature controlled distribution centre. Food sector experience is particularly of interest, any experience of food hygiene standards is useful (but not essential). Your CV will ideally include examples of the impact you have had on KPIs and costs, for example through projects, process improvements, training and staff development, or similar. Experience of fast moving / high volume throughput sites is particularly useful. This role is a site level leadership position within a highly entrepreneurial business, so the ability to get on a FLT from time to time is an advantage. There is a hands-on mentality within the business, and a passion for getting things done is required.
