Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Administration Assistant to support our Customer Care team for an 8-month contract. The right candidate will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, queries, and feedback via phone, email, and written correspondence, ensuring accurate logging in the company’s CRM.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address issues and identify trends.
- Work with suppliers and factories to resolve complaints and incidents.
- Assist in analysing customer feedback, preparing reports, and contributing to the monthly Customer Care report.
