Are you highly organised and detail-oriented? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to assist with managing the tender process for our client. In this essential role, you'll be the backbone of the team, coordinating and administering all aspects of the tender process while ensuring that every submission meets deadlines, regulations, and high-quality standards. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the entire tender process from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Prepare, organise, and review tender documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and materials for tender submissions
  • Ensure all tender responses are complete, accurate, and reflect the company's capabilities and strengths
  • Keep up to date with industry regulations and tender requirements, ensuring submissions are aligned with current standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate smooth communication throughout the process
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on tender progress, helping to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Support with general office administration; coordinating meetings, facilities management, arranging company socials and other ad-hoc tasks

  • Proven experience in administration, project coordination or contract administration
