Our client is growing rapidly and are in need of a Team Assistant to support their growing New Build team. This is the perfect role for a recent graduate or similar who has some administration experience looking for a role where they can learn and grow within a supportive environment!

You will be based in the firms stunning offices in Farnborough. The salary for this role is £23,088 plus £1,000 to £2,000 bonus and excellent benefits.

As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with clients via email and the telephone.
  • Contributing to Anti-money laundering, K17 and stamp duty processes and requirements.
  • Being responsible for the running of your own case load from initial instructions to an exchange of contracts alongside the relevant Fee Earner.
  • Liaising with lenders with regards to mortgage offers.
  • Show high level of organisation skill in managing workload and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ordering searches and reporting to clients, lenders and Help to Buy on all aspects of the transaction.
  • Communicating with Seller’s solicitors and Developers with regards to progression of all client files and providing updates where necessary.
