Reed HR are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client in Camberley.

This is an office-based role where you will be instrumental in providing generalist HR support and driving HR initiatives that support our business goals. If you are passionate about HR and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role could be for you.

Hours: 37.5 a week Monday to Friday 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to management, offering insights and HR solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead talent management efforts to attract, retain, and develop employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
