Post Room Administrator - Salary £21,000 - £22,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Based: Farnborough

We are searching for an organised Administrator to join our Financial Servicesclient in Farnborough. You will be working within their Central Services team and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of central printing, back scanning, postal services, covering reception, project duties and associated administration.

This role would be ideal for a strong administrator looking for additional office experience who has some printing and post room experience, or a recent school leaver with an interest in financial services wanting to start your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver central print and scanning of appropriate documentation
  • Ensure all procedures have been documented, maintained and monitored that relate to the print team
  • To assist in the delivery of projects as necessary
  • Assist in ad-hoc activities including central mailings
  • Provide absence cover for the Post team and Reception

Candidate Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (including Maths and English) or A levels
  • A year’s previous experience in administrative or general office duties role
  • Previous experience in financial services desirable
  • Post and scanning experience advantageous
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
