Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our team, overseeing payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team in preparing weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple business units.
  • Oversee all aspects of payroll administration and processing.
  • Support the team in handling payroll queries from employees efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll timetables, policies, and procedures.
  • Train and mentor payroll staff to maintain a high level of team expertise.
  • Assist with data manipulation and upload of payroll input data from various business areas.
  • Be process-oriented and service-driven, working collaboratively within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, confidently supporting payroll colleagues.
  • Demonstrate strong numerical skills, including the ability to perform manual calculations independently.
  • Think logically and work independently, delivering strong results.
  • Assist the Payroll Manager with daily tasks, audits, meetings, and team supervision.
