rpc are currently recruiting for a UK Service Retention Programme Consultant. This is an exciting and unmissable opportunity to be an integral part of the UK team for this vibrant and ambitious provider of consulting, coaching and training in the sphere of omni-channel presence for retailer focused companies- helping them shape their presence across the physical and digital world in order to create a consistent retail experience.

The overall purpose of the role will be to offer specialised expertise to assist retailers in expanding their active service customer base, thereby enhancing retention & revenue generation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support retailers in optimising their processes, executing effective marketing activities, conducting KPI analysis, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement; with a heavy focus on aftersales retention & initiatives to maintain & grow customer loyalty.
  • Lead in-person retailer visits to completion: Health Check, visit slide briefing, on-site product & sales training.
  • Regularly align with key Marketing, Sales & Customer Support team stakeholders within the client organisation on relevant performance, initiatives, & support topics.
  • Attend regular development & progress meetings with development agencies.
  • Lead retailer meetings: crafting & producing meeting materials & content.
  • Conduct thorough retailer assessments, emphasising the key areas of improvement.
  • Participate in weekly virtual meetings with the Service Development team.

Essentials

  • Advanced Microsoft abilities including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Outlook skills
  • A strong business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven business development & coaching skills
  • English (native level C2)
  • Valid UK driving license

Desirables

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success: Automotive industry, B2B sales, Project management & coordination (preferably within Automotive)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or business related
