Description
The Head of Residential Property will be involved in the following:
- Oversee daily operations of the residential property department
- Provide high-quality legal advice on a range of residential property matters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Lead and manage a team of property solicitors
- Work towards continually improving the firm's service delivery
Profile
A successful Head of Residential Property should have:
- 4+ years PQE
- Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualification
- Proven experience in residential property law
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using legal software
