As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a recruitment professional with experience in the recruitment industry to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Assurance (QA) recruitment and a passion for driving success within a Contract Desk.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, self-sufficient, and well-connected Contract Recruiter with a minimum of 18 months of billing recruitment experience. The successful candidate will bring expertise in the QA market, a proactive business development approach, and the ability to source and manage top-tier candidates. This role is predominantly remote, with a monthly requirement to attend the head office for collaboration and strategy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, and placement.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the QA space to generate leads and market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to secure new clients.
  • Headhunt and source high-calibre QA professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Maintain candidate control throughout the process, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Provide market insights and manage candidate expectations to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months of proven recruitment experience, within a 360, billing capacity.
  • A proven track record in QA recruitment
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to build and grow a desk.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  • Excellent headhunting and sourcing skills, with a focus on engaging passive candidates.
  • Well-connected within the QA market, with an established network of clients and candidates.
  • Willingness to travel to the head office once a month for team collaboration.
