About the Role:
This peripatetic position will have you teaching in both Minley, Surrey, and Hampshire. You'll deliver Level 2 Functional Skills English, supporting apprentices in enhancing their literacy and communication skills, which are critical to their professional and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess Level 2 Functional Skills English to military apprentices.
- Develop tailored resources and materials to meet the needs of your learners.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment, ensuring apprentices are inspired to achieve their goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Work collaboratively with other tutors to enhance the curriculum and overall learning experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering Functional Skills (preferably Level 1 and Level 2).
- Passion for teaching and working with young adults, especially in a military setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
