Work Hours - Mon - Fri - 8.45am - 2pm

You will be working in the Operations department, essentially the central hub of the business where you will be required to work with all departments.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations, scheduling content, liaising with venue managers and the media sales team to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.

As Digital Content Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Scheduling content across various platforms for both National & Local campaigns

• Ensuring all campaigns go live on their scheduled date

• Artwork traffic management

• Advising, amending creative content if required, as per specifications

• Chasing campaign artwork - both internally and directly with creative agencies/clients to ensure deadlines are met

• Weekly campaign briefing to venues

• Liaising with sales team for weekly photography requirements

• Liaising with finance for revenue share booking information

• Management of venue personnel & relationship building

• Supporting the Operations & Sales team

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience within an operational or planning role

• Experience in media broadcasting would be desirable

• Excellent communication, organisational & prioritisation skills

• Impeccable attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise tasks and set objectives - working autonomously to ensure deadlines are met

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word

• Basic knowledge of Abode Creative Suite (Photoshop in particular) would be advantageous

• Client & customer communication experience with professional phone manner

A day in the life of this job looks like:

• Weekly planning of upcoming national and local campaigns - ensuring artwork is received before deadlines and scheduled across all systems

• Booking emails sent to external suppliers providing campaign information and revenue share details

• Artwork traffic management (via the mailbox & various portal systems)

• Updating artwork for national long term hold campaigns as required

• Produce written and illustrated briefs to send to all relevant venues providing comprehensive details of the campaign

• Checking photography weekly, liaising with media sales for additional requirements

• Schedule content at agreed sites for photography

• Checking with finance that payment has been received for campaigns before going live

• Providing professional customer support when dealing with venue personnel
