Join one of the worlds biggest real estate and service providers covering a lead global data centre developer building in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new contract, managing a skilled team of 4-5 onsite engineers during each shift.

Due to further expansion on the site, our client now has a new position for a HVAP Shift Manager who is looking to join one of the most exciting and rewarding accounts in the Data Centre world, this vacancy can offer endless progression, further skill development and the chance to join a fresh team that has been built up since 2022. You will be responsible for managing a team in 1 of buildings on the account in total, however a third will be opened in 2026. This building will involve various specialist equipment including chillers/generators.

What’s on offer:

• Salary up to £65,000
• Working shift pattern: 4 DAYS ON - 6 OFF - 4 NIGHTS - 4 OFF - 3 DAYS - 3 NIGHTS - 4 OFF
