Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Audit and Accounts Senior to join our client, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Farnham.

Whether planning audits, preparing financial statements, or mentoring junior team members, your expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with UK regulations
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high standards of work
• Liaising with clients to provide exceptional service and advice
• Identifying and resolving audit issues effectively

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
• Minimum 3 years experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
