Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently process orders using the company's ERP system.
- Meeting Support: Take accurate notes during meetings and distribute them to relevant team members.
- Event Coordination: Organise and manage company days, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Office Management: Order office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing queries appropriately.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure communal areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using ERP systems and general office software (MS Office, etc.).
- Friendly and approachable with a proactive attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm)
