Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high standards across all dishes.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, promoting teamwork and skill development.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Oversee stock control and ordering, maintaining efficient kitchen processes.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, focusing on seasonal ingredients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or similar role in a high-quality kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean and seasonal cuisine is a bonus but not essential.
Salary Package: Up to £46k, including tronc.
