Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong connections with prospective clients through telephone sales.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Advising customers on products or packages to suit their needs, supporting them with finances and accounting.
  • Issuing sales packs and agreements to customers.
  • Liaising with internal teams for a smooth handover of customer details.
  • Providing administrative support as required in line with the role.

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

  • 1+ years of outbound customer service or sales call experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.
  • Confidence in starting conversations and building relationships with new people.
  • Determination to excel and succeed.
  • Hardworking, driven, and self-motivated.
  • A passion for sales and relationship building.
