Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong connections with prospective clients through telephone sales.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Advising customers on products or packages to suit their needs, supporting them with finances and accounting.
- Issuing sales packs and agreements to customers.
- Liaising with internal teams for a smooth handover of customer details.
- Providing administrative support as required in line with the role.
Experience Ideally Required for This Role:
- 1+ years of outbound customer service or sales call experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
- Confidence in starting conversations and building relationships with new people.
- Determination to excel and succeed.
- Hardworking, driven, and self-motivated.
- A passion for sales and relationship building.
