Techunite LTD are recruiting for a customer focussed and technical Account Manager to join a successful IT company based near to Farnham. Playing a pivotal role in delivering customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Office based for the first 6 months followed by hybrid working after this. OTE £60,000 uncapped.
This role will work very closely with the MD and the Technical Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and oversee the smooth delivery of IT services
- Identify opportunities for additional services and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs - upselling and cross-selling
- Client engagement - Visit client meetings across London/South east to provide hands on support and strategy
- Guide clients in achieving certficiations like Cyber Essentials and align their IT with best practises (ITIL)
- Reconcile billing against usage, handle basic invoice queries and ensure all services align with customer expectations
Key experience and skills considered:
- A customer centric outlook with proven account management or consultancy experience
- Knowledge of IT services (e.g., ITIL, Cyber Essentials) is a strong advantage
- Consultative approach to solving client challenges and uncovering opportunities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A valid driving license (for client visits) and the ability to work hybrid after initial onboarding
