We are looking for a part time administrator/customer service to work mornings (suggested times are 9am - 12pm, however these hours can be flexible) Monday to Friday. A 6 month contract, training starting in December.
Main duties are:
- Processing of sales orders, including data input into ERPsystem with excellent attention to detail
- Shipment despatch documentation
- Attend leadership meetings, take minutes and actions from meetings
- Liaise with Production Manager to ascertain delivery dates for sales order
- General admin duties
