Our client is a leading provider of accountancy services to the construction and logistics sector.

They are looking to recruit Customer Services Administrators to join their team based in their busy Farnham offices.

As a key member of the Customer Service Department, you'd be a central point of contact for all customers, providing outstanding customer service.

In this Customer Service Advisor role, your duties would include:

  • promptly answering inbound calls from customers
  • pre-empting customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods
  • working effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes and log any queries
  • ensuring all calls are compliant with Data Protection
  • listening to the client’s requests, confirming all data and reassuring them through use of positive language
  • suggesting or recommending other relevant products that clients may find beneficial
  • resolving customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the Help Centre
  • escalating any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution
  • using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working within a high-pace, and high-pressure environment, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of customer service
  • Excellent conversational skills
  • Ability to converse easily over the phone and face-to-face
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • A resilient individual, able to work flexibly to accommodate changing work priorities through periods of transformation
