Do you have outstanding customer service skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience?

As a key member of the Customer Service Department at IN-SYNC, you'd be a central point of contact for all our customers, providing outstanding customer service and helping to build our reputation of "customer first".

In this role, your duties would include:

  • Promptly answering inbound calls from customers
  • Pre-empt customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods
  • Work effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes & log any queries
  • Ensure all calls are compliant with Data Protection
  • Listen to the client's request, confirm all data and reassure them through use of positive language
  • Suggest or recommend other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial
  • Resolve customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the IN-SYNC Help Centre
  • Escalates any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution
  • Using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a customer facing role
  • Experience of working within a high pace, and high-pressure environment, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of customer service
  • A resilient individual, able to work flexibly to accommodate changing work priorities through periods of transformation
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience working with HMRC
  • Previous experience working with Self-Employed workers
  • preivious experience working within Construction or Logistics
