The role will include but isn't limited to the following...

• Handling raw materials to company standards.
• Weighing, measuring and formulating products accurately to ensure the product is made to company standards.
• High attention to detail skills to ensure the formulation is correct & the product is hitting all quality control expectancies.
• Quality Checking of the product and processes.
• Working as part of a well oiled team and leading by example where applicable
• Keeping the production area clean, tidy & sterile.
• Helping out on the production line when required, although your main focus will be formulation.
• General production duties.
• Full training given.

The ideal candidate will have but isn't limited to the following...

• Must have previous production experience.
• Experience in brewing or within a food manufacturing background would be advantageous.
• Must be someone who is comfortable using beakers, scales and measuring equipment.
• Be forward thinking & able to think three steps ahead of current task.
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to stand/work on their feet for the whole day.
• Must drive & have your own transport due to the remote location of the production site, it is not accessible via public transport.
• Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations
• Basic Computer knowledge to document processes
• Must be okay working in a strict sterile environment & adhere to the strict rules of the site. (No makeup, no false nails/nail polish, no false eyelashes, no jewellery, no perfume, hair must be tied back/neat & tidy. Must wear hair/beard net, Must adhere to rigorous hand washing & wear lap coat & steel toe capped safety boots.)

Hours, days & pay...

• Working Monday to Friday
• 6am until 2pm
• Overtime may be offered during busy periods.
• £26,250 per annum. (This could be increased slightly for the right candidate with extensive experience)
