Role Responsibilities

As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners by assisting with research, analysis, and report preparation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
  • Conducting research on financial products and investment solutions.
  • Ensuring all reports and documentation comply with regulatory standards.
  • Assisting with client reviews and maintaining accurate records.
  • Developing technical knowledge through mentorship and hands-on experience.
About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • University educated, ideally in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Experienced in financial services, with at least two years’ experience, preferably in financial planning.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and eager to develop a long-term career in Wealth Management.
