Located in Farnham / Basingstoke

Salary: £24,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client is a growing top 50 accountancy practice who provide expert solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals in Central and Southern England. Our client is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their HR team. You will be responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of the Learning & Development activities. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. Located in Farnham / Basingstoke; full driving licence is required. The salary is £24,000 plus excellent benefits.

Learning & Development Administrator Candidate requirements:

  • A University degree with a 2:1 or equivalent.
  • A-levels at grades A, B, B and above (or equivalent).
  • Analytical problem solver with a proactive can-do attitude and ability to effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office/ 365 applications, specifically Excel and able to pick up new IT software very quickly.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or Digital Learning Tools.
  • An interest in progressing a career within Learning and Development.
  • Emotionally intelligent with a real desire to contribute to the training and development of employees.
  • Motivated by and interested in learning, inclusivity, and behavioural psychology.
  • Full UK Driving License.
