Overview: A centrally based Farnham company with multiple offices throughout the South East are seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join their HR team and tackle the coordination and admin of the L&D department head on! This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in different L&D and HR Projects.
  • Coordinate the L&D services and Events, scheduling diaries or participants and trainers.
  • Arrange virtual and physical venue spaces ensuring refreshments, equipment and training material is available
  • Ensure that participants are aware of how to join meeting / have instructions of where to go. Send regular reminders to participants.
  • Take full ownership of E leaning platforms
  • Manage brochures of various courses Develop materials.
  • Ensure that portals are monitored to ensure student information is accurate and are qualifications are completed
  • Support with the attraction of students and apprenticeship level candidates
  • You will be the first point of contact for all L&D queries,
  • Improve employee's experience by implementing changes from feedback.

Skills/ Requirements

  • Educated to a degree Level with a 2:1 and above.
  • experience of working within an administrative role would be an advantage.
  • High standard of written and verbal English comm skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Experienced with a LMS system desirable but not essential.
  • Passionate about a career in L&D
  • Full driving License and own car is essential.
